PAYMENT INFORMATION
General Information
Delegates should register for ICBN 2010 before making payment for their conference registration fees. If you have not already registered, please proceed with your online registration before payment.
If you are unsure about how to register, please refer to the detailed information available at the ICBN 2010 FAQs.
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive your ICBN 2010 Registration Number. Please quote this Registration Number in all your correspondence to facilitate a faster response to your query.
Your Registration Status will be validated after your registration and you will receive a confirming email confirmation informing you of the full payment amount due.
Full payment of the total registration cost must be made in advance by June 1, 2010 to enjoy the discounted Early Bird Registration rate.
Please note that your registration is subject to the ICBN 2010 Cancellation and Refund Policy detailed below.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds must be sent in writing to the ICBN 2010 Secretariat at secretariat@icbn2010.com.
Only cancellations and refund requests made in writing will be accepted. All cancellations and refund requests received from May 15, 2010 to July 1, 2010 will be subject to a 15% administrative charge.
A 50% refund and full documentation will be given for cancellation and refund requests received in writing from July 2, 2010 to August 1, 2010.
No refunds will be made for cancellations and refund requests received after August 1, 2010.
All refunds will be processed after the event.

2. Bank Transfer
IMPORTANT: All bank charges are to be borne by the delegate. Please quote your ICBN 2010 Registration Number in your remittance. As registrations will be confirmed only upon completion of full payment, please send an email to acfoo@ibn.a-star.edu.sg and mysoong@ibn.a-star.edu.sg to provide details of your payment and quote the registration number.
3. Locally Issued Singapore Checks
Please make check payable to the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology and include the following information on the reverse side of the check:
